BARC Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the BARC Recruitment 2024, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Eligibility Criteria
(1) Research Associate (RA)
- Name of the Research Project: Indigenous Scalable Quantum Computing Technology
- Vacancy: 02 Posts
- Qualification: Ph.D. in Quantum Computing, Metal-Insulator thin films/Interfaces, or Microwave Electronics
(2) Research Associate (RA)
- Name of the Research Project: Development of Niobium Quarter Wave Resonator, ECRIS Upgrade, and Precision Reactor Neutrino Studies
- Vacancy: 02 Posts
- Qualifications: Ph.D. in Physics related to nuclear or particle physics
(3) Research Associate (RA)
- Name of the Research Project: Accelerator & Reactor-Based Nuclear Physics Research
- Vacancy: 5 Posts
- Qualifications: Ph.D. in Experimental Nuclear Physics
(4) Research Associate (RA)
- Name of the Research Project: On-Demand Clean Hydrogen Generation from Boron-Based Hydrides
- Vacancy: 01 Post
- Qualifications: Ph.D. in Chemistry
Salary Details:
The Research Associates will be appointed at one of the following levels, depending on qualifications and experience:
- RA-I: ₹58,000 per month + Contingency Grant of ₹20,000 per annum + HRA (as applicable)
- RA-II: ₹60,000 per month + Contingency Grant of ₹20,000 per annum + HRA (as applicable)
- RA-III: ₹67,000 per month + Contingency Grant of ₹20,000 per annum + HRA (as applicable)
BARC Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The selection process is based on an interview only, which will be conducted after the initial screening of applications. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview. Candidates are advised to monitor the BARC website for updates regarding the interview schedule and other information.
